It's that time of year again! The SpoOOOOooky season has begun which means it's time for weekly Watchtober sales!

When I first got into artisan keycaps in 2018 the very first cap that I spent time hunting and collecting was the ALIEN II by Eldritch Keycaps . During my hunt I messaged the Great Old One B'gnu-Thun himself and he was nice enough to help me out with a few of the colorways I was missing. He also showed me support and bought caps in my very first sale when I started making caps myself!

So I am super excited to announce and show off a some collab caps we have been working on for a bit!

First off we have the Xeno Watcher. A custom version of the ALIEN II internals encapsulated inside a Watcher! Ready to chest-burst forth into the world!

In addition to that we also have Watcher X an injection molded 2 part plastic version of the Watcher on a sprue made in New Zealand just like the ALIEN II caps! Having been a lifelong model and miniature maker/painter having something of my own on a plastic sprue is a dream come true!

Watcher X comes in two parts which are interchangeable with any others allowing you to swap the eyes to customize. They will be sold solo and in 2 color bundles for instant swapability.

While these are injection molded there is still a limited number of each color made with no plans to reproduce colors although there could be new colors in the future.

There will be new colorways of both the Xeno Watcher and Watcher X throughout the month!

6 years ago this past weekend I had my very first sale! Since then I have made more keycaps than I could have ever imagined and shipped them all over the world. Pretty cool :)

It's been a bit of a struggle for me to want to share my art the last few months.

I'm sure some of you may feel the same with everything going on in the world but specifically with what is happening in Gaza it feels like my little plastic creations are wildly unimportant and to try to get anyones attention feels like i'm distracting from MUCH bigger and more important issues.

In the end though this is what I do so maybe I can use my art to draw some more attention to these issues and generate some aid for people in need.

Welcome to the 3rd week of Watchtober!

This week is inspired by that most toxic yet influential of horror writers HP Lovecraft.

Like many of you i'm sure, I spent my jr. highschool weekends not partying, but partying up with a group of close friends to play "Call of Cthulhu" a tabletop RPG akin to D&D.

Except instead of powerful wizards and warriors you play as investigative journalists and bootleggers trying to stay sane while uncovering the horrible secrets and unknowable horrors of otherworldly beings beyond human comprehension!

Of course it was many years later that I truly came to understand the depraved depths of HP Lovecraft's true horror. Namely his unfathomable racism and other terrible beliefs more frightening than anything found in the Necronomicon.

If you are fan of Lovecraft, or just curious, do yourself a favor and check out this comedic yet sobering look at this influential man behind so much horror. (Trigger warning if you are of a conservative mindset as the creator of this video... is very much not) H.P. LOVECRAFT and The Reactionary Mind.

Welcome to another totally random out of the blue Ritual Master Keycaps sale!

Thanks for checking out my sale! and if you are one of those people who actually reads sale forms, thanks for reading!

I've gone back and forth a ton of times in my head in regards to talking about this and in the end I think things that are hard to talk about need to be talked about more so in an effort to be more true to my values here you go.

Anyone who has been following my sales for a bit has likely noticed that I disappear for chunks of time, sometimes a month or two and other times much longer.

I have generally always just told people I was busy when they would reach out between sales wondering when the next would arrive. Busy with my family, or my work cleaning the creek behind my house or working on other projects.

The truth is though that most of the time when I disappear its due to depression and anxiety.

I get huge amounts of anxiety about posting sales, about sharing my art, about being OUT THERE in any way at all really. A lot of the time I can manage it but sometimes I just can't.

So I pull back from sharing, from relationships and friendships and social interaction and inevitably this leads to or increases my depression. (There are a ton of other factors at play here but you get the gist)

Unsurprisingly when i'm depressed and anxious the last thing I feel is creative or motivated to make things.

So I disappear for a bit.

Thankfully, I am lucky enough to have an amazing family and friends. As well as a bunch of extremely kind people who have supported what I make and some who have even gone so far as to amass large collections of what I have made over the last 5 years.

THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN. As a lifelong collector of many things my younger self would never believe that there were people out there tracking down and trading for and buying(for way too much money you dang flippers!) little plastic monsters that I make in my garage.

Eventually though I return and part of the how I get back is just casting for fun and with no direction or intention just to get back into the groove. (my awesome wife enjoying casting with me now and then helps a ton in this regard)

Spring has arrived and with it comes some birds and some changes.

Two new Bird Watcher colorways today both featuring a new and improved Bird Watcher sculpt!

**The only difference is an increased the eye size so that the eye colors/effect show easier through the encapsulation.

**Don't worry the small eyed original shriveled Bird Watchers will remain for unencapsulated colorways!

These Cardinals and Blue Jays were made with a mix of hand painting and cold-cast(the beaks and eyes) before being encapsulated.

Back in 2020 I released a batch of 31 unique Watchers for Halloween and this year I am taking some of those specimens, tweaking them and doing full batches of them. I have a couple others in the works but let me know if you had any favorite specimens from that sale!

Welcome to another Ritual Master Keycaps sale!

Today's sale is a big mix of mostly reds and pinks in varying shades, a throw-back to an older Watcher v1 colorway as well as the first full release of my new sculpt Ocularium!

Ocularium was one of my very first ideas when I started making caps in 2018 and unfortunately after making my initial prototype, just a ball on a base really, I stumbled upon another maker's own crystal ball cap on IG and scrapped the idea(can't recall who now).

The possibilities of the ball and the way it magnifies things inside stuck with me though and by Keycon 2019 I had a new prototype similar to the final version with the teeth around the orb that I felt was my own enough to move forward which you may have seen at the meetup.

The purpose of this charity stream is to raise mental health awareness and money to donate to the non-profit, RAD (https://www.youarerad.org/). RAD is a non-profit dedicated to removing the two greatest barriers to mental health care: access and affordability. During the stream, there will be interviews with individuals with mental health stories of their own. Hear their stories and how they've worked through them. In addition to this, there will be numerous giveaways as we hit donation milestones. Lastly, there will be auctions for special items donated to the event. All proceeds during the stream from donations to auctions to subscribers and bits will go to T.U.T.O. Please join me as we seek to Trust. Understand. Treat. Overcome.

420 and Spring Cleaning(part one)

Hello! Hope you are having a fine Tuesday! Today I have a big spring mix of caps available. Some new and some old but all looking for new homes!

Helmutt- A pile of Helmutts mostly dating from 2018, some color tests for colorways I never fully released including Hydro and Nautilus as well as a couple cold cast tests and some other 1/1 experiments.

Available Helmutt colorways- Crypt Copper color test, Butcher's Brass color test(coldcast), Pink!, Hydro beta, Nautilus beta, Ombre color test, Silver/Nickle color test, a different Crypt Copper color test and unreleased Martian Metal (coldcast)

WormSkull- Made in 2018/2019 most of these are 1/1 experiments or the only survivors of failed batches. Dorothy Dentures was an unreleased cap from my 2nd sale "Sparkle Motion" and the Zeitgeist Wormskull was made alongside the Zeitgeist Watchers and Protoplasmoid giveaways at 2019 DC meetup.

Wormskull colorways- BloodWorm, Fixodent, Zeitgeist, Spooky Teeth(GID), Peppermint Swirl, Martian Metal (cold cast 2), Apple a day, Gooooooold (3), Brass test(cold cast 3)

Speaker- Protohomer. An experiment that ended up inspiring the GMK Mudbeam Speakers.

Watcher (v1)-Too Tired Eyes. Some 420 inspired guys. These were made in 2019 but didn't end up in a sale once I switched to the Watcher v2 and were left behind.

Watcher & Blind Watcher- Golden Nugs. Mixed marbled batch of partially cold cast Watchers and Blind Watchers fit for a black light poster party. Reverse batch with more Blind Watchers than regular.
